Billing periods and monthly resets are calculated in UTC. Credits purchased as packs never expire. Monthly lookup allowance is enforced at edge with up to 5% overage tolerated during regional bursts — no hidden daily caps. Cache lookups that return HTTP 404 are not counted. Failed compute operations (5xx) are automatically refunded per our SLA policy.
